With its many years of experience in assisting and strengthening language communities worldwide, SIL Nepal works closely with the Government of Nepal, Tribhuvan University, Language Commission and local NGOs and CBOs in helping ethno-linguistic communities achieve their development goals through the use of their mother tongue. SIL strongly believes that language development will contribute to social harmony.
